The company is engaged in the management and operation of steel works, blast furnaces (including coke ovens), and rolling mills. It was incorporated in January of the year 1998. The registered head office of the company is strategically located in Molina de Segura, Spain. The company is primarily involved in manufacturing hot metal, pig iron, and silvery pig iron from iron ores and iron and steel scraps; converting pig iron, scrap iron, and scrap steel into steel; and in hot-rolling iron and steel into basic shapes, such as plates, sheets, strips, rods, bars, and tubing. It principally conducts its business operations within the country. The company is affiliated with Abante Audiest Auditores s.a.r., which serves as its business auditor.
